Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and drive business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review and manage the budget to support and sustain the restaurant’s profitability
· Assess, plan, and coordinate daily operations
· Adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing in line with the restaurant’s budget
· Oversee staff performance, supervise team members, and carry out performance evaluations
· Hire, train, and motivate staff
· Manage and maintain inventory levels
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
· Handle customer complaints or concerns and deliver customer service
Qualifications &Requirements:
· At least 2 years in a managerial role
· Relevant professional knowledge obtained through college education in hospitality, business administration, management or a related field or equivalent work experience.
· Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to effectively manage staff and maintain a positive working environment.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
· Fluency in English and French.
Job Details:
Pay: $35/Hour
Schedule: 30 Hours/Week
