Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and maintaining personal hygiene to ensure comfort and dignity.

Provide reminders for prescribed medications, assist with medication intake when required, and observe for any unusual reactions or side effects to report to family or supervisors.

Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements, assist with feeding if necessary, and ensure proper hydration throughout the day.

Support clients with mobility, including walking assistance, transferring between bed and chair, and the safe use of mobility aids, while helping to prevent falls and injuries.

Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, tidying living areas, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and safe home environment.

Provide companionship by engaging in conversation, accompanying clients to appointments or activities, and offering emotional support to promote overall well-being.

Observe and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or living environment to the appropriate person

Assist with organizing daily routines and encouraging independence where possible

Requirements:

High school diploma

Experience is an asset

Salary: $21 per hour
