- Supervise, and
coordinate the activities of food servers.
- Estimate and order
ingredients and other kitchen supplies needed.
- Establish work
schedules and procedures for servers.
- Maintain records of
stock, sales and possible food wastage.
- Supervise food order
summaries according to customer’s order.
- Ensure that food and
service meet quality control standards.
- May train new hires as
food servers
- Ensure proper
sanitation and food safety standards is followed.
- May determine related
food and labour expense.
- Handle customer
complaints and de-escalate.
- Resolve customer complaints according to the company policy.
