• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel cleaning is required.

On site

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Prepare and cook hot breakfast items and other menu items in accordance with hotel standards
• Set up and replenish breakfast buffet or service area
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner during scheduled breakfast hours
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food preparation areas
• Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
• Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Support smooth kitchen operations during breakfast service
• Work collaboratively with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure efficient guest service
