Responsibilities

Working 30 to 40 hours per week at employer’s home

Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents

Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Bathe, dress and feed child

Discipline child according to the methods requested by the parents

Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development

Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home

Organize, activities such as games and outings for child

Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Prepare child for rest periods

Supervise and care for child

Take child to and from school and to appointments

Tend to emotional well-being of child

Work conditions and physical capabilities
