Retail Sales Manager Responsibilities

·       Set sales targets, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

·       Ensure high-quality customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively.

·       Recruit, train, and motivate sales associates to improve performance and achieve sales goals.

·       Manage stock levels, optimize inventory turnover, and ensure attractive product displays to enhance sales.

·       Oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain compliance with safety and security regulations.

·       Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and engage customers through loyalty programs or events.

·       Monitor expenses, control costs, and manage budgets to maintain profitability.

Requirements:

College Diploma

1+ years of experience in sales
