We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Operator – Maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, capable of working independently, and experienced in maintaining building operations to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment. This role is best suited for someone with strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in general maintenance and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste
- Empty trash cans and waste containers
- Clean windows, interior walls, ceilings, and bathrooms
- Perform minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Coordinate and contact contractors for major repairs and maintenance
- Conduct safety and security checks
- Supervise other maintenance workers when required
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Perform routine maintenance such as painting and drywall repair
- Maintain outdoor areas including snow and ice removal
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
